The Association holds a monthly meeting at the clubhouse on the third Wednesday of every month from January through November. No meeting is held in December.
Meeting notices are posted in the hallways as a reminder for the Members.
All Members are invited to attend the open session of the meetings.
Meetings start at 7:30 PM with the Open Session, and a Closed Session follows thereafter.
Open Session: During this part of the meeting the Members are updated on the status of projects and other general information. It is informative and an opportunity for dialog, suggestions, question and answer time.
Closed Session: This part of the meeting follows the open session and is limited to the Board of Trustees for reviewing financials and budgets, reviewing of contracts, evaluation and prioritization of projects, Member requests, and other sensitive issues.
