There is a 15 day Grace Period before incurring Late Fees

Maintenance Fees may be paid Quarterly or Monthly

Payments can also be made using the “Zelle” system which allows you to transfer funds by using the Association e-mail as the send to information, or the Association telephone number – woodland2020@aol.com or (973) 696-6086.

Many Members use the bank’s “Bill Pay’ service free of charge. It only requires the name and address of the Payee, and the amount to be paid on a given date. The bank will send the payment on your behalf.
