Balconies, decks & patios are considered limited common elements as they service only 1 unit but are controlled by the Association to maintain an aesthetical appearance within the complex, and also maintain uniformity.

Holiday/seasonal decorations must be removed from decks/patios within 2 weeks of the Holiday. This includes Halloween, Christmas etc.

NO BULK STORAGE IS ALLOWED.
