There are times when Members are levied violation charges for non-compliance with the Association Guidelines. Such violation charges (fines) may be appealed to the Covenants Committee.
In case of a conflict between Members of the Association their issue may be brought to the Covenants Committee for a decision and resolution.
The Covenants Committee is comprised of seven peer resident owners, but only three officially vote during any hearing to decide the appeal, or a conflict hearing.
Following the decision of the Covenants Committee the Member(s) may appeal the decision to the Board of Trustees for a final decision.
