As a safety measure all 3^rd floor units with a fireplace are required to have an annual fireplace inspection that must be done by Nov 1 5^th .  A reminder notice is sent out in September to 3^rd floor units.  A copy of the inspection certificate must be submitted to the Association or be subject to a safety violation fine.

The requirement applies to all fireplace units & is not based on fireplace usage. The Association does not endorse any specific company.
