Recycling

New Jersey is a mandatory recycling state.

All recycle items (paper, plastic, tin, glass, cardboard) must be taken to the recycling center on Main Street.

Although Lincoln Park does collect recycle items from residences, it requires that the recycle items be placed at the curb in separate open bins.

The required manner of placing recycle items at the curb is not viable for this complex due to the total number of cans/bins from all Units that would be placed at the collection area; therefore, all recycle products must be taken to the town’s recycling center on Main Street.

The Lincoln Park Recycle Center is open Monday to Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and Saturday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Plastic (with recycling markings of #1 and #2 only), glass, tin, and aluminum can be co-mingled.

All paper products require recycling and must be kept separated from the other co-mingled recycle.

You may call the Recycle Center for any questions – 973 694-6100.

NO PLASTIC BAGS ARE ACCEPTED/RECYCLED!!!
